Employee Appreciation Day! - March 6th

March 6th was National Employee Appreciation Day. We LOVE celebrating this holiday in the office. It's such a great way to show all of our employees how much we really do appreciate them (but of course, who needs a holiday to do that?) :)

We started off by giving all of the managers blank note cards so they could write a personalized note to each of their employees. Everyone LOVED it because a personalized note is such a great way to show your appreciation. (I liked my note the best because it had Ryan Gosling and Grumpy Cat on it, Thanks Katie!:D )

We had a brownie sundae bar in the cafe (even though we do have an ongoing DietBet this month, so THAT didn't help). We got a sheet of brownies from Schmidt's Bakery and paired it with ice cream and a variety of toppings. A few of the departments bought lunch for their team too.

We also gave each employee just a small gift to say "Thanks for all you do" which included a small notepad, a pencil, some candy, and of course a cute saying with a pun - You are just WRITE for Davinci!
