April Showers Bring May Flowers

During the month of April, our employees could earn "raindrops" for going above and beyond. At the end of the month, they cashed in their raindrops for some beautiful flowers!

I forgot to take a picture of the raincloud (kicking myself!). But I made a big cloud out of posterboard, and then put strings of fishing line dangling off from it. I taped raindrops all down the string to make it look like it was raining. Then everyone could pick their raindrops off of the cloud :)
